WE BUILD CONFIDENCE
Western Project Management is passionate about projects and we think it’s ok to say that. We view the management of the project life-cycle and leadership through the process as much more than bricks and sticks.
It’s about building relationships that matter and getting the job done. No posturing, bottle-necking and billing endless hours in our game plan. There are many people, personalities and layers of issues that need to be managed effectively on each project.
These are the realities that keep us coming back for more.
We’ll earn your trust, lead your project, and show you that our objective is to serve the best that we can. We’ll fight to keep scope intact while protecting the project budget. Sometimes our efforts include working to keep you out of trouble from yourself.
Rest assured, there’s no better feeling than knowing we’ve been able to help our clients cover some hard ground and high hurdles.
John A. Goad, Jr.
John has been involved in the construction industry nearly all of his life. He learned to deal with conflict at an early age when as a kid his mom burned all of his Lincoln Logs.
His varied background includes experience in heavy, industrial, infrastructure, commercial and residential design and construction projects. He is skilled in conflict resolution, change and cost control as well as contract negotiations.
As a fourth generation construction professional, John takes his role in this industry seriously. He is motivated to build quality projects and more importantly to leave a positive legacy for his family and others in his world.
INVESTING
We know the words, “giving back to our community”, are sometimes used as a catchy phrase or a trendy conversation starter at Chamber events.
Community includes both local and national partners and friends. We know some of them very well and others we’ve just had the opportunity to meet once. It’s about giving from what we’ve earned to help those who help others… and to help those who need a hand.
