LEADERSHIP

We can take the lead on multiple projects or sub-projects as required. We’ll monitor contract performance and oversee each team member’s scope to maximize efficiency.
We can negotiate changes and assure that the work is consistent with the contracts.
Cost control and budgets don’t scare us.
Typical Project Life-Cycle
Where do we start for your project? Here’s how it works:
- We are referred to a Prospective Client who is having significant challenges, or who fears they may be heading for trouble. Maybe they don’t have the expertise or personnel to lead their project to completion.
- Next, we discuss options for support and engage at an appropriate level with a fee agreed upon by the Client.
- If the Client is starting from scratch, great! We’ll help tee up the team and budget to work to get it built.
- If the Client is in the midst of a sea of challenges, we’ll assess the current conditions and team dynamics. Many times this process involves very difficult discussions about Client expectations or problem team members. We navigate carefully but strategically during this phase.
- Once the project team is in place and the scope and budget are approved, it is time to advance the ball. The pre-construction and design phase is a busy time as much detail and many decisions come together for the Client’s objectives. We take a very active role in contracts, communication and accountability at this phase.
- Once design nears completion and the permitting and final budgeting are coming to a close, it is time to execute. Let’s build this thing! We also provide oversight and construction observation services as required.
- Project closeout is a very important and often neglected phase. We will assure that all work is complete per the contracts and that the appropriate documentation is in hand. Our objective is to have another satisfied Client and a referral for the next one.

Areas of Focus
Heavy Civil and Site Development
Properly executed civil design and construction is key to any work that follows. It is literally the foundation of developed land. As expected, this means that your civil work better be designed and constructed correctly from the start as it is costly to change later.
With select civil engineers Western Project Management will assure that your civil infrastructure is designed and built in accordance with the stated project parameters.
We can manage the entire process for mass excavation, building pads, wet and dry utility infrastructure, pump stations, tanks, landscaping, restoration and other site improvements.
We’ve learned that that the church and non-profit building world is a small one. There are firms that only specialize in church design and construction work. Many of these firms provide a complete turnkey design/build approach which can provide value for some clients.
Others need more help and guidance from a trusted third party to assure that things run smoothly. While there are benefits to only working with churches, we believe that our involvement in other areas of the design and construction world will help us to stay relevant and informed within the industry.
This translates to value for our church and non-profit clients. We provide services to small church tenant finish projects as well as large ground up building and campus developments.
Churches and Non-Profits
